By completing the purchase, the customer accepts all these terms and conditions of sale.
Introduction
These conditions of sale (hereinafter only "General Conditions") govern the sale of products marketed by www.orientaldream.it. All contracts for the purchase of products concluded, through the site www.orientaldream.it and according to the procedures indicated therein, between the seller and the customer, will be governed by these General Conditions. All published prices are inclusive of VAT.
Acceptance of the conditions of sale
The contract stipulated between OrientalDream.it and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by OrientalDream.it, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order. Acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the Customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
If the Customer is a final consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree n. 185/1999 on distance selling.
Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
How to purchase
- The Customer can only purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of OrientalDream.it at the time of placing the order and viewable at the address www.orientaldream.it, as described in the relevant information sheets. The technical information included in the site www.orientaldream.it faithfully reproduce those of the manufacturers of the goods included in the catalog. OrientalDream.it, therefore, reserves the right to modify the technical information of the products to adapt them to those provided by the manufacturers, without prior notice. It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, and differ in color, size, accessory products shown in the figure. All purchase support information (Glossary, Buyer's Guide, etc.) are intended as simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of each individual product.
- The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by OrientalDream.It by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of receipt of the order and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any further communication with OrientalDream.it. The message contains all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document. The Customer can also check the status of his order by accessing the web area dedicated to him under "Order status".
- In case of non-acceptance of the order, OrientalDream.It undertakes to promptly notify the Customer.
- The Customer may request the cancellation of the order until the moment in which it is not yet being prepared in stock by writing to info@orientaldream.it.
- All prices on the site are to be understood as prices to the public and, therefore, inclusive of VAT. OrientalDream.It reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice. In the event that an incorrect and/or clearly negligible price is published, for any reason (error in our systems, human error, etc.), the order will be canceled, even in case of initial validation.
- On the www.orientaldream.it site you can see the quantities of product available at the time of ordering. Since the simultaneous access of many users-customers and the simultaneous possibility of "online" orders modify the availability of the product, OrientalDream.it does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods.
- On certain products, subject to price promotions, OrientalDream.it reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the quantities, subject to communication and acceptance by the Customer, failing which the order must be considered canceled.
Terms of payment
- In case of purchase on delivery, an additional contribution of 2 Euros is applied to the total amount of the order, clearly highlighted when choosing the payment method. It is possible to pay in cash. It is only possible to pay in cash for orders whose amount is less than €1,000, by giving the courier the exact amount.
- In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the shipment of the order takes place only when the actual credit is made to the c/c of OrientalDream.it, which must take place within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after the which the order is considered automatically cancelled. The purpose of the bank transfer must include the order identifier which is issued in the order confirmation e-mail. The bank details on which to make the transfers are indicated at the conclusion of the order.
- In cases of purchase of goods with credit card payment methods, together with the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference bank will authorize only the commitment of the amount relating to the purchase made. The amount relating to the goods delivered is charged to the Customer's credit card at the time of effective delivery of the ordered goods. The credit cards accepted are all those that rely on the Visa, Mastercard and American Express circuits.
In case of purchase with American Express credit card, order fulfillment could be delayed due to specific anti-fraud checks on this circuit. Furthermore, we remind you that the destination address of the goods must correspond to that declared when the card was issued: otherwise, you must contact the American Express call center to authorize shipment to a different address.
ATTENTION: if you use a Banca Intesa Intesa Money Card for payment, you must have activated the Moneta On line service first. For details, consult the website www.monetaonline.it In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in case of non-acceptance of orientaldream.it, the same will simultaneously request the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the amount committed. The cancellation of the order is possible until it is not yet being prepared in stock. The order status is clearly visible in the "Order Status" area. The release times, for some types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system and can reach their natural expiry (24th day from the date of authorization). Requested the cancellation of the transaction, in no case can OrientalDream.it be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by the banking system. In the event that the Customer's order is still open beyond the 23rd day from the date of forwarding, OrientalDream.It will in any case charge the Customer's credit card for the amount due to it, even if in advance of the physical delivery of the goods, in order to avoid the expiry of the authorization of the transaction (24 days). OrientalDream.It reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer (e.g. landline telephone number) or to send copies of documents proving ownership of the Card used. In the absence of the required documentation, OrientalDream.it reserves the right not to accept the order. At no time during the purchase procedure is OrientalDream.it able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card, as they are typed directly on the website of the bank that manages the transaction (with very high security systems); since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that these data are intercepted. No computer archive of OrientalDream.it contains, nor does it keep, such data. In no case can OrientalDream.It therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by third parties, when paying for products purchased on www.orientaldream.it.

Prepaid Credit Card In case of purchase with Prepaid Credit Card, the Customer enters the identification numbers of the card; together with the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference bank will authorize only the commitment relating to the purchase made. The amount relating to the goods processed is charged to the Customer's credit card at the time of the actual fulfillment of the ordered goods. In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in case of non-acceptance of OrientalDream.it, the same will simultaneously request the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the amount committed. The cancellation of the order is possible until it is not yet being prepared in stock. The order status is clearly visible in the "Order Status" area. 6. In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the conclusion of the order the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page. The amount for the order is debited from your PayPal account when you acquire your order. In case of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in case of non-acceptance of OrientalDream.it, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account. The cancellation of the order is possible until it is not yet being prepared in stock. The order status is clearly visible in the "Order Status" area. Requested the cancellation of the transaction, in no case can OrientalDream.It be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by PayPal. At no time during the purchase process is OrientalDream.It able to know the Customer's financial information. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted. No computer archive of OrientalDream.It contains, nor does it keep, such data. For each transaction made with the PayPal account the Customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
Transaction security
Online credit card transactions are carried out directly on the Bank's website, through a Secure Server that adopts the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system. This protocol, certified by Verisign, allows you to communicate in a way designed to prevent interception, modification or falsification of information. OrientalDream.it does not become aware of the data of the Credit Cards used by your customers.
Delivery methods
- OrientalDream.it does not ship to Mail Boxes, post offices, PO boxes and companies that provide domiciliation services. Shipping costs are charged to the Customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time of placing the order. The payment of the goods by the Customer will take place using the method chosen when ordering. No additional fees or commissions are due to OrientalDream.it.
The delivery of the ordered goods is intended on board the truck, unless otherwise specified. The goods travel with packaging made directly by the manufacturer or in personalized boxes OrientalDream.it. In no case are other closing materials used. The delivery times of the ordered goods are purely indicative and are published in the appropriate table under "indicative delivery times"; the same may be subject to changes due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and traffic in general or by act of the Authority. Standard delivery will take place at the following times: from 19.00 to 13.00; from 15.00 to 18.00, every day except holidays, from Monday to Friday. No responsibility can be attributed to OrientalDream.it in case of delay in the order or delivery of the ordered goods. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: - that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the packing slip or transport document (DDT); - that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or, in any case, altered; - no sealing materials other than transparent cellophane (heat-shrinking) have been used. Any external damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier who makes the delivery, adding the words "withdrawal with reserve for damaged package", or "withdrawal with reserve for open package" or "withdrawal with reserve for missing packages" on the appropriate accompanying document. It is also required to open an anomaly practice at OrientalDream.It by filling in what is present under the "Report a problem" button on the contact page or by sending an email to. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of the delivered goods. Even in the presence of intact packaging, the goods must be verified within eight calendar days of receipt. Any damage or hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by registered mail with return receipt to the courier whose address is specified on the accompanying document. It is also required to open an anomaly practice at OrientalDream.it, by filling in what is present under the "Report a problem" button on the "Contact us" pages or by writing to info@orientaldream.it. Any report beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what has been declared.
Processing and delivery times
- "Order processing time" means the time interval that elapses from receipt of the order to delivery of the product to the courier. All orders, containing products available in stock, of which confirmation of payment has been received by 16.00 on a working day, are entrusted to the courier already in the evening of the same day.
- The table below shows the indicative delivery times expressed in hours, in cases of delivery by express courier from the moment of taking charge of the shipment by the courier (collection of the shipment at our Logistics Center by the courier).
Right of withdrawal
- Pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, OrientalDream.it customers. within 14 days from the date of purchase may decide to withdraw from the purchase made, for any reason and without any penalty, whether they use a Tax Code or a VAT number for the order. In the event that a VAT number is used, withdrawal is allowed only for purchases intended for personal use and not for resale purposes.
- To return the product, the Customer must open a ticket, or write from the "Contact section of the site" (https://www.orientaldream.it/contatti) in the "Returns and warranty" section, indicating the order number for which you intend to return one or more products. The refund can be made by bank transfer, reversal to the credit card, PayPal refund or postal order (in this case, the costs will be borne by the customer). After sending the request, the customer will be contacted by customer support within 5 working days, the return costs will be borne by the customer, if the customer uses untracked transport services, such as priority mail and the shipment does not arrive at our. You will not be entitled to a refund. The product must be sent, within 10 working days of authorization, to the address: Oriental Dream S.r.l.s., Via Giuseppe Mazzini, 24, 28013 Gattico (NO).
- The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions: - the Customer must return the entire product, including the box, once opened the blister that wraps the package, it will no longer be possible to make the return, as the product will no longer be resalable; the shipment for the return of the product is under the responsibility of the Customer, until the moment in which OrientalDream.it confirms receipt of the product;
- In the event that the product is damaged during the return to the warehouses, it will be the OrientalDream.It to communicate the incident to the Customer to allow him to file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset, if this is insured; therefore, OrientalDream.It will make the product available to the Customer, canceling the withdrawal.
- OrientalDream.It will make the refund within 10 days from the date of return of the product to its warehouses and only if the conditions referred to in art. 3 above and where the returned product and its packaging have the characteristics indicated in art. 3 above. The costs for the return of the product are charged to the customer.
- The right of withdrawal, even if already exercised, lapses if the customer does not return the goods to OrientalDream.It within 5 days of exercising the right of withdrawal. For the purposes of the expiry of the term, the goods are considered returned when they are delivered to the carrier or shipper.
Waiver of purchase We inform you that it is the Customer's right to reject the goods at the time of delivery. Please note, however, that, upon issuance of the refund credit note, in case of advance payment (credit card, PayPal, advance bank transfer, postal transfer), shipping costs will be reversed to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. Therefore, only the amount of the product will be refunded.
